Single high performance unwinder the ComPo 125 for the rewinding, stranding and extrusion processes. Especially engineered for the unwinding of multiple loose tubes in the stranding lines with fast acceleration/decceleration performance. Pay-off consists of spooling unit, lifting unit, pintle and dancer. Reel is lifted by electrically moving pintles. Reel is locked by pintles with full width stroke, no operator action is required for different reel sizes. Reel is driven by cushioned friction flange without dog pin. Machine is operated by a joy-stick located in perfectly ergonometric place. Powerful drive system and intelligent speed control guarantees stabile material tension during fast line ramps.
