New generation fiber unwinder the ComPo 30 is based on the famous Compomec technology for the demanding applications of loose tube, tight buffer, dry construction and fiber ribbon production. The ComPo 30 was developed for up to 50 km fiber spools with high acceleration performance. Accurate tension control with versatile adjustability is standard solution. Overall design is based on the latest engineering knowledge of minimum torsion and static electricity requirements for the fiber. One basic frame made of rigid aluminium profiles consists of 1 to 6 spooling units, and for the multiple fiber applications number of frames can be combined accordingly. The frame is equipped with convenient working light for the operator as standard. Latest proven AC-technology ensures long trouble-free and economic lifetime.
