New generation heavy unwinder the ComPo 45 for fiber, buffered fiber and ribbon processes based on the famous Compomec tehnology. Spools up to 450 mm diameter and 25 kg can be accommodated in small footprint. One basic frame made of rigid aluminium profiles consists of 1 to 4 spooling units, and for the multiple fiber applications number of frames can be combined. Same tension accuracy and adjustability as bare fiber applications guarantees consistent production. Pintle supported traversing option allows higher production speed with more stabile tension. The frame is equipped with convenient working light for the operator as standard. Latest proven AC-technology ensures long, trouble-free and economic lifetime.
