Short and easy set-up is ensured with optional threading device; fibers are collected together and followed through applicator and UV-lamps in a flash. Unique multi-stage applicator guarantees excellent ribbon geometry, three variable power UV-lamps ensures even curing of the material. Continuous acrylate filling system, together with high-capacity unwinders and automatic dual takeup are the answer for the challenging continuous mass production.

CompoRib ribboning line will be constructed with dedicated options for different production requirements:

• Split ribbon up to 24 fibers
• Edge-bonded or encapsulated ribbon
