New generation fiber ribboning line the ComRIB is based on the famous Compomec technology. The ComRIB is easy to operate with high production output. Accurate and dynamic ComPo unwinders guarantees quality operation. Short and easy set-up is ensured with optional threading device: fibers are collected together and followed through applicator and UV-lamps in a moment. Unique multi-stage applicator guarantees excellent ribbon geometry, and three variable power UV-lamps ensures homogenous curing of the material. Continuous acrylate filling system together with high-capacity unwinders and automatic dual takeup are the key high tech features for the challenging continuous mass production.

The ComRIB is constructed with dedicated options for different production requirements:
