Single high performance unwinder the ComPo 160 for the rewinding, stranding and extrusion processes. Pay-off consists of spooling unit, lifting unit, pintle and dancer. Reel is lifted by electrically moving pintles. Reel is locked by pintles with full width stroke, no operator action is required for different reel sizes. Reel is driven by cushioned friction flange without dog pin. Machine is operated by a joy-stick located in perfectly ergonometric place. Powerful drive system and intelligent speed control guarantees stabile material tension during fast line ramps. Latest proven ac-technology ensures long, trouble-free and economic lifetime.
