	The Tuning Frame	The Tuning Frame has been developed to adjust the aligning of tape to follow accurately the cable line. Continuous and step less tuning can be managed by handy screws. Allows Extra Strong-, 200– and Dual Layer-models to be attached to existing cable line.

Materials:

Tray material is polished forged steel, which can be used as such for non-metal applications. Several types of coatings are available for the trays to improve wear resistance, to lower friction and for rust protection. Coatings available:

• Teflon, Xylan: Very low friction/low tension applications
• Pluscoating: Rustprotection
• Nitration: Extended lifetime in hard wear applications (metal tape)
• ZrN: High speed, extended lifetime, low friction
• Diamond: High speed, extended lifetime, very low friction

Special coatings and stands/fittings for the trays are available per special request.
