Compomec tape corrugation line the ComCOR is designed to apply corrugated or plain, steel or aluminium tape longitudinally over the cable core. Line configuration can be customized according to product requirements. Tape overlapping can be sealed with optional hot-melt equipment.

Compomec tape corrugator ComCOR is designed for continuous high speed production of corrugated steel or aluminium tape. Machine has rigid construction with welded steel frame, large diameter corrugating rollers and powerful AC-drive system. Corrugating rollers has large diameter for smoother operation, longer lifetime and more rigid construction. Rollers are made of high quality heat-treated and nitrated steel. Both corrugating rollers are driven and precisely synchronized to each other. They are assembled to one-side supported rigid shafts for easy replacement and adaptation to different product. Corrugation roller replacement can be done without any dismantling of the machine or re-adjustment of the settings. Roller gap adjustment is done with precise screws and accurate digital micrometers located conveniently outside of the noise shield.
