ComPO 900P light tape unwinder is designed for running both pads and traverse wound spools. By using the traverse wound spools it gives possibility to manufacture longer lenghts of cables without stopping.

The shaft for a tape pad/spool is driven by an AC-motor. The tape speed is synchronized to the line speed by an integrated dancer. The tape tension is regulated by adjusting the dancer arm torque. The torque is created by a compressed air cylinder.

The ComPO 900P unwinder has a tape break and tape end alarms. Dual ComPO 900 P is easy to get by integration of two single machines.
