New generation equipment the ComAC 40 combines the best features needed in the tape handling process: robust design, excellent performance and easy to use.

Sequence changes from feeding to filling with smooth ramps is combined with a dancer, and therefore tape tension can be maintained stable during the on-line tape pad change-over sequence. Simple operation with carriage jogging and easy tape threading by motor help the operator for fast pad-changes. The machine is practically maintenace free and extremely quiet due to AC-motor. A pneumatic clamp is located in the inlet end to ease tape handling during the tape extension.
